On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted five Palestinians, including a former political prisoner, from their homes in several parts of the Ramallah governorate, in the central West Bank.

Media sources said the soldiers invaded Qarawat Banik Zeid village, northwest of Ramallah, and searched homes before abducting Samer Roshd Dar Amer and his brother Mohammad.

The soldiers also invaded the al-Jalazonerefugee camp, north of Ramallah, and abducted a former political prisoner, Mohammad Wajdi Safi.

In Silwad town, northeast of Ramallah, the soldiers searched several homes and abducted former political prisoner Mohammad Soheil Othman, in addition to Ihsan Mahmoud Hamed.

Many Palestinians protested the invasion of Silwad before the soldiers fired live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.

Also at dawn, the soldiers abducted three Palestinians from Jenin in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

Furthermore, the soldiers abducted two Palestinians from their homes in the Bethlehem governorate in the occupied West Bank.
